FOUNDER, CEO, PRINCIPLE DESIGNER

Dawn Heuer is a nationally recognized interior designer and design producer, known for her approachable yet refined aesthetic. She has designed for national television shows and major advertising campaigns for networks including Netflix, Bravo, HGTV, and Fox. Her work has been featured in Elle Decor, Traditional Home, Architectural Digest, Luxe Magazine, Atlanta Style & Design, and on the cover of Modern Luxury.

Under her leadership, Heuer Design Collective has been named Best Design Firm by The Atlantan and has received multiple honors from the Georgia Design Awards, establishing its reputation as a standout in both residential and commercial interiors.

An Arizona native, Dawn now calls Atlanta home with her daughter Catherine and their golden retriever, Remy. She founded Heuer Design Collective in 2019 with a mission to make interior design more accessible and unintimidating, guiding clients toward spaces that are deeply personal, functional, and inspiring.

Meet Taylor

VICE PRESIDENT OF DESIGN

Taylor Maher joined Heuer Design Collective in May 2023, bringing a career-long dedication to helping clients transform their visions into homes they truly love. Since 2021, Taylor has specialized in the intersection of interior design and marketing, a dual expertise that has been pivotal in her three years of close collaboration with Dawn. Together, they have tackled high-profile projects for HGTV and have seen their work featured in multiple national and local publications. Taylor’s portfolio spans some of the most beautiful residential & commercial projects across the country, reflecting her commitment to sophisticated, soulful design. Beyond the drafting table, she feels deeply honored to have helped build the incredible team of women at Heuer Design Collective, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. When she isn’t making homes uniquely yours, Taylor finds inspiration through traveling, attending concerts, and cherishing quality time with her friends and family.

Meet Desiree

JUNIOR DESIGNER

Desiree brings a sophisticated, creative eye and a passion for timeless, thoughtfully curated interiors. Her background in the wedding industry shaped her ability to orchestrate detail-driven, highly personalized experiences—an approach she carries into her design work today.

With degrees in Business Management and Interior Design, Desiree pairs strong project leadership with a refined aesthetic sensibility. She is drawn to layered, collected spaces that feel both elevated and deeply personal, with a belief that exceptional design is defined by depth, texture, and carefully curated pieces.

Outside of the studio, she enjoys travel, sourcing antiques, and time spent with family—continually finding inspiration in the beauty of well-lived spaces.

Meet Carson

DESIGN ASSISTANT

Carson Hart graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing, where her passion for creativity, design, art, and history flourished.

Specializing in interior design, Carson blends vintage aesthetics with bespoke, personalized elements to craft environments that reflect individual styles and resonate with historical depth and narrative. Beyond her professional endeavors, she draws inspiration from diverse sources such as art galleries, antique shops, and the art of sewing and upcycling second-hand clothing, enriching her design approach with a unique and thoughtful perspective.

Carson is eager to contribute her expertise to the esteemed team at Heuer Design Collective, collaborating on innovative and meaningful projects.

Meet Alli

DESIGN ASSISTANT

Alli Parker joined Heuer Design Collective in early 2026 as a Design Assistant. Raised by an interior designer, she grew up with a natural appreciation for the industry and a strong, genuine interest in the world of design.

With a degree in Communications, Alli brings a thoughtful talent for storytelling and brand messaging to the team. At her core, she is a natural organizer who truly enjoys the administrative side of the business. Alli thrives when supporting the studio behind the scenes, helping to nurture creative collaboration and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

A proud Atlanta native, she loves calling the city home. Outside of work, you can usually find her reading, needlepointing, or spending time with her cats.
